This grape variety is known to be extraordinary robust. The wine shows a carmine red and yeast blurred colour. The wine adds an intense scent of cassis and raspberries to the nose. On the palate it has a pleasant cool fruity taste with hints of sparkle and a subtle yeast aroma.\u0026nbsp;\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes for the Pet Nat grow on the hills of the K\u0026ouml;nigsberg in a slate soil at an altitude of 350 meters. The wine shows brilliant minerality and a cool freshness\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes are harvested, pressed and fermented without adding any artificial yeast. During the fermentation the still slightly sweet fruit must is filled into the wine bottles to continue the fermentation and to blend it together with the sparkle.
